• Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
• Returns are free
• Consumables are not covered by the standard return policy and can only be returned if product is damaged.
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team 

Return method: 

• To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
• Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
• Take your package to your nearest drop off point. To find your nearest drop-off point, visit: https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/ 
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
• Please note that items sold by Harris Active Sports cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
