UK Deliveries
- FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders
- £40 UK Mainland Express Delivery within 2-3 working days
- Orders are sent via Tuffnells, DHL, White Glove Vans or Yodel UK
UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and non-ridden
- Returns (excluding warranty) are subject to a £100 restocking fee and £50 return postage fee

- To return your order, contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care and receive your return label
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Hygge Bikes cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
