UK Return & Refund Policy 

• Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
• Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
• Returns are free under 15kg. Returns over 15kg will incur a £15.00 surcharge for return shipping.
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team

Return method: 

• To return orders under 15kg, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
• Print and fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. 
• You can download the return slip here.
• Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
• Take your package to your nearest drop off point. To find your nearest drop-off point, visit https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store 
• To return orders over 15kg, arrange a collection by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed. 
• Please note that items sold by Outdoor Revolution cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
