In 2016, Rigged and Ready was brought to life through the vision and tenacity of our founder, Andy Rigg. Andy's extensive career in sports and fashion marketing took him all around the globe, but during these travels, he faced a recurring problem. The lack of a suitable travel fishing rod. This challenge gave Andy an excellent idea, and what started as a side project quickly blossomed into a passionate mission that would change travel fishing tackle forever.

At Rigged and Ready, we're more than just a brand. We're a lifestyle. A community of passionate adventurers driven by the same love for fishing that started it all. What began as a travel fishing concept is now much more. Our rods open doors to combine fishing with other outdoor pursuits like camping, canoeing, hiking, van life, backpacking, cycling... the list goes on.
