- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Take your package to any Post Office. Be sure to keep the tracking receipt as proof of your return.

- To return items larger than 41cm x 38cm x 64cm, begin the returns process by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
