Are you a regular of a cosy, countryside pub after your weekend walks? Discovered a hidden gem on a rural weekend away? Or simply have a favourite pub you always go to? Then we need your help to find Britain’s Best Post-Walk Pint 2018.
Help your favourite pub get the recognition it deserves and nominate it to be in with the chance to be crowned Mountain Warehouse’s Best Post-Walk Pint 2018. Simply head to our nomination page and fill out your name, email address, pub name, pub location and tell us a bit about why you love your chosen pub. Nominations open on the 6th February and close on the 5th March, so don’t hesitate to nominate! because the winning pub will receive £500 to put behind the bar for everyone to enjoy!
Once nominations close, our Mountain Warehouse judging panel will select the top post-walk pubs from your nominations and you will then be able to vote for your favourite finalist from the 13th March. Voting closes at 9.30am on the 3rd April and the winner will receive an engraved tankard and £500 behind the bar!
The winner of the MW Britain’s Best Post-Walk Pint 2017 was The Wonston Arms in Hampshire.
This year we’ve added a little something extra to the competition as well. Once you’ve nominated your favourite pub, snap and share a picture of it on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #MWBestPub to be in with the chance of winning a £100 Mountain Warehouse voucher. Winners will be selected at random, and we have 5 vouchers to give away!
