We’re offering three lucky winners (and their friend) a bespoke Kit Neale 20L Backpack and slogan tee shirt each! All you have to do is tag a friend who is always festival ready in our Instagram post (posted on 28th March) and make sure you are both following @mountainwarehouse on Instagram.
Terms and conditions:
ENTRY
• Entry is made by commenting under our Kit Neale competition post on Instagram (posted on 28th March 2019) and tagging a friend. No purchase necessary.
• To enter the competition, entrants must tag a friend, and both must be following (@mountainwarehouse) on Instagram.
• Entries open between Thursday 28th March and closes at 23.59 on Thursday 4th April.
• Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name using an Instagram account registered in their own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else.
• Mountain Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or non-receipted entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
ELGIBILITY
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident of the United Kingdom.
• Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account to enter. No postal or email entries will be accepted.
• Entry is limited to one per person. No bulk, software-generated, automatic or 3rd party entries will be accepted. False entries will be disqualified.
• The competition is not open to employees or contractors of Mountain Warehouse, their immediate families or any persons connected with Kit Neale
THE WINNER
• A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants within 48 hours of the closing date.
• The Prize Winner will be notified initially via “direct message” on Instagram and will be required to private message the Mountain Warehouse team back using the same account with which the draw was entered to confirm acceptance of the prize.
• If Mountain Warehouse receives no response from the winner within 72 hours of initial contact, it reserves the right to withdraw their place and offer to another entrant.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE
• There will be three prize winners, who will each receive two Kit Neale rucksacks and two Kit Neale slogan tee shirts each (one for them and one for their tagged friend). They will be able to pick the tee shirt colour and sizes (subject to availability). The prizes will be posted to the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
OTHER
• By participating, the winner of the Prize releases the Promoter, and its respective parent, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agencies of any of the above organisations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize.
• Winners details will be used for communication around the supply and fulfilment of the Prize only.
• The Promoter may terminate, amend or withdraw this prize draw and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
• Entry to the prize draw is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
