Today Mountain Warehouse has opened their first store in Thanet, South East Kent. The brand new store will be situated across from the Westwood Cross shopping centre in The Link, near Hobbycraft and Phones 4u.
The Thanet shop will be opening its doors just in time for a massive 50% off everything offer, available in store and online which starts on Saturday. The promotion will last for one week and will give Thanet customers a great chance to stock up on all their summer outdoor essentials. The store will cater for a whole host of outdoor activities including camping, walking, cycling, water sports, running, horse riding, fishing and much more.
Area Manager, Richard Butler, said: “We are excited to be opening our first store in Thanet. We have a great offer running with 50% off everything to kick things off and we hope it will be a success with local shoppers.”
The Thanet store opening is part of the on-going expansion plans for Mountain Warehouse, the UK’s largest outdoor retailer with over 150 stores already in operation nationwide. The Broadstairs store will be the fifth shop in the Kent area with Mountain Warehouse stores already in Maidstone, Ashford, Chatham and Canterbury.
