• FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days
• £4 UK Mainland Express Delivery within 2-3 working days - order before 18:00
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail

UK Return & Refund Policy 

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
• Returns are free
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team 

Return method: 

• To return your order, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3649 
• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging. Please return all presentation boxes and cleaning cloths as you received them. Please use the box that your order was delivered in or something similar to protect your return.
• Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
• To find your local drop off point visit https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/ 
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
• Please note that items sold by Discounted Sunglasses cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores
