UK Deliveries
- £4.99 UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days excluding surfboards
- £24.99 UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on surfboards
- Orders are sent via DPD or DX
UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Returns are free (excluding surfboards)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on surfboards, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery
Return method:
- To return Surfboards, begin the returns process by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
- To return other items, create your freepost return label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6292 and bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.
- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Tiki Surf cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
