Terms & Conditions

1. To take part in the Jacket In initiative, please bring a jacket and hand over to a member of staff in one of our participating stores. To find out if you’re nearest store is participating, please click the Participating Stores tab.
2. Jackets that are dirty or have significant damage will not be accepted. Jackets with corporate brand/logos (branded uniforms etc.) will also not be taken.
3. Once the member of staff has checked your jacket and filled out a form, you will be able to purchase a new jacket in store with 20% discount on this visit only.
4. Discount is not redeemable online or on a subsequent trip to store.
5. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code and cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers.

Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must take a photo of their old jackets and share them on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the #MWJacketIn to enter. Photos must have a description or ‘story’ posted with them to be eligible.
2. Winners will be judged on their story and photo and will be announced every Friday for the duration of the competition on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
3. Winners are required to private message Mountain Warehouse on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to find out the details of their prize within two weeks of the winner being announced.
4. The prize will be a waterproof jacket and can be changed to any jacket from the Mountain Warehouse range on a weekly basis.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability at the time of announcement.
6. Mountain Warehouse reserves the right to cancel this competition or amend these terms and conditions. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence with be entered into.
