• Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. 
• An email will be sent with a QR code. Take the QR code with your parcel to the nearest parcelshop to print your label.
• To find your nearest drop-off point, visit https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop 
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed. 
• Please note that items sold by Grass & Air cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
