• To return items smaller than 41cm x 38cm x 64cm, create your freepost return label at https://olpro.gfs-returns.com/lite 
• Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
• Take your package to any Post Office. Be sure to keep the tracking receipt as proof of your return.
• To find your local drop off point visit https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/ 
• You can download the return slip here.
• To return items larger than 41cm x 38cm x 64cm, begin the returns process by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed. 
• Please note that items sold by OLPRO cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.
