How our Price Promise works?

Before you buy online

If you find the same Mountain Warehouse product at a lower price on a competitor website (e.g. marketplace), we promise to match the difference and give you a 10% discount for your troubles. Applies even if the competitor’s price is lower after you add shipping costs!

After you buy online

If you buy your Mountain Warehouse product directly online from MountainWarehouse.com and then find the same product at a lower price on a competitor website, we promise to refund the difference and give you 10% off your next purchase. Applies up to 30 days from the date you buy online at Mountain Warehouse!

When will a competitor price be matched?

If a product is the same colour, season, size, new, in stock and publicly advertised online. A competitor price is matched even if it is lower after delivery costs to United Kingdom are added! The product must be live and publicly advertised online at time of matching.

When will a competitor price not be matched?

If a product is not identical, second hand, out-of-stock, available only to private members, and sold together with a personal, volume or a voucher-type discount e.g. loyalty card discount or buy-one get one-free promo. A price will not be matched against a product in our own stores, a package or collection of products (e.g. ski-package) or any typographical error whether online or in a catalogue. This Price Promise applies only to Mountain Warehouse products and does not include other brands available on the Website.

Mountain Warehouse reserves the right to withdraw the Price Promise at any time.

How to request a price match?

Follow these easy steps:

1. Contact us at https://support.mountainwarehouse.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

2. Write “Price Match” in the subject line

3. Add your name, address & telephone number

4. Add your order number if you have already bought online at Mountain Warehouse

5. List the product and competitor price you want matched

6. Paste in a screenshot of the competitor page with the lower priced product

7. Send your email!

Please note, our Customer Care team cannot process a price match request unless you follow steps 1 to 7 including a screenshot of the competitor page with the lower priced product.

Response time

Our Customer Care Team responds to price match requests as quickly as possible. All emails are replied to even if an invalid request has been made. When the Customer Care team make a refund, Taxes are not something they can assist or advise you with.
