
Canvas Tent Shop has been operating for over 30 years and is now in its 3rd generation.
It all started in the early 80’s, selling ex-army tents and marquees. As time progressed, we began to understand our customers’ demands and started to produce our own canvas tents and marquees.
The company name has changed on a few occasions throughout the journey, due to the direction of the company and the way canvas tents have become more and more popular, with modern twists and adaptations.
This led to designing one of our most popular tents, the Bushcraft Bell Tent. Going back to the traditional style Sibley bell tent, which has become extremely sought after with scout and re-enactment groups.
The demand for bell tents has increased considerably in the last 5 to 6 years, with many modifications being made along the way. Bell tents have become one of the UK’s most popular tents and are great for family holidays, weddings, festivals, weekend getaways.
Customer feedback has enabled us to expand our range of tents meeting lots of different needs and scenarios in the process. We now proudly supply to all different clientele including: family camping, glamping retailers, glamping sites, film production companies, festival and event organisations

- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Take your package to any Post Office. Be sure to keep the tracking receipt as proof of your return.

Canvas Tent Shop offer a 12-month warranty on our products against any manufacturing defects. This specifically covers issues such as stitching and missing parts. Our warranty does not cover poles or the zips as these are often misused.
Our warranty is non-transferable.
Everyone’s camping trips can vary, our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect. It does not cover for damage caused by wear and tear, in these circumstances replacements parts are available to purchase. For manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement or repair depending on the fault.
Our tents are built to the highest quality and are designed to withstand strong weather conditions however the warranty does not include damage caused from extreme weather. Our warranty does not cover situations where poles have been bent as a result of windy/stormy conditions. Bell Tents should not be pitched in winds above 35mph.
Our warranty does not cover mould or mildew as we can’t control the conditions the tent is put up in or stored.
The warranty does not cover professional long-term use, it is for leisure use only. Our warranty does not cover acts of malicious or non-malicious damage.
We take our customer support very seriously and will do our utmost to resolve any issues. We suggest that if your item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping to take pictures of the product and packaging and contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care for assistance, at your earliest convenience so we are able to review the damage and resolve the issue as quickly as possible where necessary.
