- FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £60
- Orders are sent via Arrow XL, Royal Mail, DHL, APC, DX or Tufnell's
UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- The cost of returning E-Bikes and other bulky items needs to be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty. Returns are free for accessories and other smaller items.

We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website upon their return to us.
