- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged. Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.

Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a credit/refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. For example, footwear items may not be refunded if they have been worn, or if sewing tags have been removed. In order to credit you for your faulty items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition.
This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items. Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will replace or refund monies.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in their original condition, in the original packaging and proof of purchase is provided no later than 60 days from the original purchase date. Returned shipping costs will be charged at the customer expense; however we will assist by paying for the shipping costs for the returned shoes back to you. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note products are subject to availability.
