UK Deliveries
- FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £50
- £4.95 UK Standard Delivery on orders under £50
- £8 UK Mainland Next Day Delivery - order before 2pm Monday to Thursday
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or with a courier on a tracked service
UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Returns are free
- If any item is incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, please let us know immediately when you receive the item by contacting Mountain Warehouse Customer Care
Return method:
- To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
- You can download the return slip here.
- Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
- Please note that items sold by Hippychick cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Hippychick’s products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect, mistreatment or wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full exchange for any faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
