- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Please ensure that BP3 Incontinence & Period underwear is tried on over your own underwear
- Our products are intimate products and for hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been worn
- These are not suitable for full incontinence. Please see guidelines under knickers as to how much fluid the knickers are capable of holding.

Return method:
- To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Take your package to your nearest drop off point. To find your nearest drop-off point, visit https://www.collectplus.co.uk/parcel-returns.
- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
- Please note that items sold by Nixi Body cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Bp3 Underwear products have been tested for absorbency by Satra Plc. The absorbency amounts we have quoted have been confirmed in tests. The knickers have been made to a high standard and are guaranteed for 12 months from the purchase date.
All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
