- To return your order, use the pre-paid returns label provided
- Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form. You can download the return slip here.
- Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return

- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed

All our product guarantees operate on the condition that products have not been damaged by accident, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a replacement for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
