UK Return & Refund Policy 

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
• Returns are sent at the expense of the customer

Return method: 

• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging, together with the completed returns form
• Post your item to the address on the bottom of the returns form and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return
• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed
• Please note that items sold by Outdoor GPS Shop cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores.

We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
