UK Return & Refund Policy 

• Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
• The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
• Returns are sent at the expense of the customer

Return method: 

• To return your order, please complete the return form provided with your order. We recommend sending on a signed service.
• Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging.
• Bring your item to any Post Office and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return.

• Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

This does not cover accidental damage or crash damage, neglect or by reasonable wear and tear. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
