Pure Clear Filters Ltd offers a 12 months warranty on all bottles and bladders. The warranty covers manufacturers defects only, and does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, usage damage or neglect.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please reach out to us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will review the fault with you and offer a full refund or new replacement for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
