- To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
- Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
- Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.

- Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.

We will review the fault with you and offer a full refund for any faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
