UK Return & Refund Policy
- Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
- The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
- Returns are free for orders over £75
- Orders under £75 will be subject to a £4.95 charge for the return. This will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
- We cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any items lost or damaged in transit.

- Please note that items sold by Red Equipment cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All Red Equipment products come with a 12-month guarantee which covers manufacturer faults. Items can be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Red Equipment.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Damage caused by improper packing.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by modification, change or alteration to the item.
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
- Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We will review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
If you sit outside of this warranty period and encounter an issue, you can still get in touch with us to investigate alternative options [i.e., product repair /advise].
