All Vibram FiveFingers products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product is faulty and has been used for its intended purpose, the guarantee excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care.
All faulty items will need to be inspected first before authorisation on our system for a full refund. We ask that you please provide a brief description of the fault and also upload an image of the fault. You will be notified of the decision once inspected.
