UK Deliveries

  • £4.99 UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days
  • Orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail 

 

UK Return & Refund Policy 

  • Orders can be returned within 60 days of receipt
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • For faulty or damaged items, please contact Mountain warehouse Customer Service team

 

Return method: 

  • Pack the items to be sent back securely in suitable protective packaging
  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning.
  • Post your item to the address below and keep the tracking receipt as proof of return. For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal/Parcel2Go to arrange return postage for your items. These are not Mountain Warehouse operated services.
  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that items sold by Wave cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

Terms & Conditions

Our warranties are valid for official purchases directly from Wave Spas, Wave Sups, WildGrill and official third-party UK Retailers.

HOW LONG IS THE HOT TUB WARRANTY? 

  • We offer 3-month warranties on all inflatable covers and inflatable headrests.
  • We offer 6-month warranties on the hot-tub liner and top cover, this includes replacement liners purchased separately.
  • We offer 12-month warranties on the heater unit.

 

CLAIMING UNDER WARRANTY? 

  • Warranties are paused when customer service is notified of a fault and reactivated the day the issue is resolved.
  • Once a warranty claim has been opened and the customer doesn’t respond to emails regarding a resolution within 2 weeks, that claim will be closed and the warranty reactivated.
  • Hot tubs purchased second-hand will not be covered under warranty.
  • Warranties are not restarted when a replacement item has been sent out to the customer, the warranty is only reactivated. 
  • Warranties only cover manufacturing faults, any wear and tear or damage caused by mistake will not be covered. 
  • If a customer is within 30 days of their warranty period, they will get a brand new heater unit instead of a repair. 
  • Once a customer has reported a fault to customer services, the customer will be taken through simple troubleshooting steps to locate the source of the fault. Warranty claims must be accompanied by visual evidence in the form of photos/videos showing the fault clearly. No warranty replacement claims will be processed without visual evidence of fault.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a WildGrill being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry condition regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a cleaning fee being charged.

 

HOW LONG IS A SUP WARRANTY?

  • All of our Wave iSUPs come with a 1 Year warranty for manufacturing faults/generic damage from the date in which you receive the product. 
  • Please note: We will only replace the Wave iSUP if our troubleshooting solutions and/or repair has been unsuccessful.
  • Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a SUP being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry condition regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a cleaning fee being charged.
  • All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the SUP. We will request photographic evidence of any damages before processing a warranty claim in full. 
  • To be directed to the relevant aftersales provider, you're required to submit a warranty claim directly with Wave Direct.

 

HOW LONG IS A WILDGRILL WARRANTY?

  • All of our WildGrill BBQ/Fire Pits come with a 1 Year warranty for manufacturing faults from the date in which you receive the product. 
  • For rust and corrosion resistance we recommended storing your WildGrill BBQ & Fire Pit inside when not in use.
  • Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a WildGrill being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry condition regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a cleaning fee being charged.
  • All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the WildGrill. We will request photographic evidence of any damages before processing a warranty claim in full. 
  • To be directed to the relevant aftersales provider, you're required to submit a warranty claim directly with Wave Direct.
