UK Deliveries

  • FREE UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days on orders over £50
  • £5 UK Standard Delivery on orders under £50
  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx

 

UK Return & Refund Policy 

  • Orders must be returned within 60 days of receipt
  • The products must be in their original packaging, with all tags and in original condition
  • Returns are free

 

Return method: 

  • To return your order, contact Mountain Warehouse Customer Care and receive your freepost return label
  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. 
  • You can download the return slip here
  • Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
  • Please note that items sold by YYS International (UK) Ltd cannot be returned to Mountain Warehouse stores

All YYS INTERNATONAL (UK) LTD’s products come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee only applies if the product has been used for its intended purpose and excludes damage caused by accident, neglect or wear and tear.

In the unlikely event of a fault developing with an item you have purchased through Mountain Warehouse, please contact us by getting in touch through Mountain Warehouse Customer Care. We review the fault with you and offer a full refund for all faulty items purchased from the Mountain Warehouse website.
