Return method: 

  • To return your order, attach the pre-paid returns label provided with your order.
  • Fill out the return slip, and make sure to include it inside the package you're returning. You can download the return slip here.
  • Please safely pack your items in secure, protective packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
  • Take your package to your nearest drop off point. Check whether the returns label is marked Collect+ or Evri, and then to find your local drop off point visit either https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store or https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop#/ (as applicable).
  • Please retain proof of postage until it has been confirmed that your refund has been processed.
